There will be a maximum of 12 people per class.

MMM (Mindful Movement with Music) is an effective way to reduce stress, helps to establish mind and body connections. Health benefits include increased strength and flexibility, better balance and coordination, improved reaction times and better lung function. Breathing exercise, standing and chair-based muscle toning with and without support are offered.
