Mat Classes – Pilates for Seniors for those able to do floor exercises

Chair Classes – Pilates for Seniors utilising chairs for the less mobile

Simone Redman now offers Functional Training for Humans. We exercise for walking and throwing because that is what our bodies evolved to do. The exercises help correct imbalances in the body so you can move better, with less pain and stiffness, feeling more stable and coordinated. It is like Pilates, but moving to connect all the muscles together instead of isolating them.

We will endeavour to accommodate your requests. However, if you are unsuccessful due to limitations on numbers, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted when a place becomes available.

Instructors keep an attendance register. Please note that after two unexplained absences your name will be struck off the list and your place given to someone on the waiting list.   If you are unable to attend a class for a valid reason, please ensure you let your tutor know as soon as possible, otherwise you may lose your place in the class.

It is vital that when you attend a class you are feeling well enough to participate in the exercises, as all classes are attended at your own risk.
